[비즈 이슈] 신한금융 '1조원 돌파'로 리딩금융 수성 - 팍스경제TV Posted: 27 Oct 2020 08:17 PM PDT tinggalaja.blogspot.com - 신한금융 분기순익 '1조' 개막 - 비은행 포트폴리오​​​​​​​ 강화 결과 - GIB·GMS·글로벌 실적 '껑충' - 디지털 생태계 조성과 ESG 강화 조용병 신한금융그룹 회장 [사진=신한금융] 신한금융그룹이 그룹 설립 이후 최초로 분기 실적 1조원을 돌파하며, '리딩 금융그룹' 자리를 굳건히 지켰다. 코로나19 여파 등의 악재에도 불구하고, 3분기 만에 누적 순이익이 3조원에 육박했다. 비은행 부문 강화하며 분기순익 1조원  28일 금융권에 따르면 신한금융의 올해 3분기 누적 순이익은 2조9502억원으로 전년동기 대비 1.9%, 전분기 대비 31.1% 증가했다. 신한금융은 다변화된 포트폴리오를 기반으로 수익창출 능력을 한층 키웠고, 지주사 설립 이래 최초로 분기 경상 수익 1조원을 돌파하는 등 3분기 누적 기준 금융권 역대 최고 실적을 시현했다. 신한금융 관계자는 "코로나19 재확산으로 실적 감소 우려가 커졌지만, 자본시장 영역을 확대하고 비은행 포트폴리오를 다변화했다"며 "위기를 새로운 기회로 전환하기 위한 노력들이 성과로 이어졌다"고 말했다. 이어 "특히 GIB(글로벌&그룹투자은행), GMS(그룹고유자산운용), 글로벌 부문은 체계적 리스크 관리와 수익성을 동반한 다양한 투자를 진행해 매 분기 괄목할 성장 추세를 이어갔다"고 덧붙였다. 아울러 신한금융은 지난 9월 제3자 방식 유상증자를 통해 유입된 투자 자금을 향후 그룹 성장재원으로 활용할 계획이다. 이 관계자는 "이를 통한 수익창출 기반 확대는 그룹의 자기자본이익률(ROE) 및 총자산이익률(ROA) 개선을 위한 촉진제 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다"고 밝혔다. GIB·GMS·글로벌 부문에서 괄목할 성과  무엇보다 자본시장(GIB, GMS) 및 글로벌 부문에서 괄목할 성장을 이뤄냈다는 점에서 의미가 있다. GIB, GMS, 글로벌 부문은 신한금융의 미래 성장동력이자 차별화된 사업모델로 평가된다.  우선 GIB 부문에선 전년 동기 대비 1273억원 증가한 6494억원의 영업이익을 시현했다. 시장 변동성이 확대돼 대형 딜이 줄었지만, 그룹사 간 협업으로 투자은행(IB) 딜 공동 주선을 확대할 수 있었다.  즉, IB 부문에서 신한금융만의 차별화된 역량을 보여줬다는 평가다. 또 신한금융은 친환경∙신재생에너지 사업에 적극적으로 투자했다. 투자규모는 9월 말 기준 5158억원에 달한다.  여기에 은행, 금융투자, 생명 각 그룹사의 고유자산을 운용하는 GMS 부문은 시장 환경 변화에 적극 대응하며 매분기 성장세를 이어가고 있다. GMS 부문 영업이익은 전년 대비 2649억원 증가한 4725억원이다.   신한금융 관계자는 "향후에도 채권 중심으로 안정적인 운용을 지속할 것"이라며 "투자 자산 다변화를 통해 수익 기회를 지속적으로 창출하도록 노력하겠다"고 전했다.  그룹의 핵심 사업 분야인 글로벌 부문의 경우 영업이익은 전년 동기 대비 534억원이나 증가했다. 또 생산성 제고를 위한 디지털 기반의 비용 감축과 건전성 강화 노력을 통한 비용 효율성 개선도 지속되고 있다. 9월 말 기준 그룹 판관비는 전년 동기 대비 2.6% 증가했지만, 연초 수립한 사업계획 수준에서 안정적으로 관리되고 있다. 특히 지난 3분기 동안 디지털 비용절감액은 1922억원에 달한다.  조용병 신한금융 회장이 지난 3월 서울 중구 본사에서 열린 정기주총에서 연임 소감을 밝히고 있다. [사진=신한금융] 디지털 생태계 조성 및 ESG 강화 박차 특히 신한금융은 디지털 생태계 조성을 위한 혁신성장을 지원하고, 코로나19 위기 극복을 위한 금융안정을 지원하는 데 집중하고 있다.   혁신성장 부문에선 '신한 N.E.O Project' 를 지속 추진하며, 9월말 기준 약 22조원의 자금을 공급했다. 또 매년 그룹 당기순이익의 10% 수준까지 디지털 예산 편성을 확대하고 있다.  이를 통해 조직, 시스템, 인적역량 강화 등 전방위적 디지털 전환(DT) 개혁을 지속 추진한다. 아울러 수익성 관점에서 사업포트폴리오를 효율화하고, 생산성 중심의 운영으로 그룹 생산성을 제고할 방침이다.  이뿐 아니라 신한금융은 코로나19 금융지원과 혁신기업 생태계 지원을 확대해 금융회사의 사회적 역할 및 ESG 추진 노력을 지속하고 있다.    지난 분기에 이어 3분기에도 코로나19로 어려움에 처한 중소 소상공인 등에게 금융지원을 확대했다. 9월 말 기준 중소기업 및 소호(SOHO) 대출은 각각 11.4%와 12.6% 늘었다.  저작권자 © 팍스경제TV 무단전재 및 재배포 금지 Let's block ads! 15억원 이상 아파트 2025년 시세 반영률 90% : 부동산 : 경제 : 뉴스 - 한겨레 Posted: 27 Oct 2020 08:17 PM PDT tinggalaja.blogspot.com 부동산 공시가격 현실화 계획 시안 어느방안이든 2025년이 분수령 9억원~15억원은 현실화율 80% 15억원 이상은 90% 도달할 듯 강남권 20억원대 아파트 세부담↑ "부동산 투기 근절 뜻 시장에 전달" 한겨레 자료사진 국토연구원이 공개한 '부동산 공시가격 현실화 계획' 시안은 제시된 3가지 방안 중 어느 방안을 따르더라도 15억원 이상 고가아파트의 세부담이 가장 크게 늘어날 것으로 보인다. 27일 발표된 시안은 현실화 목표치와 도달 기간 조합에 따라 3가지 방안을 제시했지만, 2025년을 기점으로 9억~15억원 주택은 시세반영률(현실화율) 80%, 15억원 이상 주택은 90%라는 목표를 달성하도록 설계됐다. 2030년까지 현실화율 90%를 달성하는 '90% 방안'을 보면, 9억~15억원 구간은 2025년 현실화율이 84.1%이고, 15억원 이상은 90.0%다. 2020년(69.2%, 75.3%)에 견줘 15%포인트 가까운 인상이다. 2035년을 목표로 15년 동안 시세를 100%까지 반영하는 '100% 방안'도 2025년 기준 각각 82.0%, 89.0%다. 9억원 미만은 두 방안 모두 2025년 75% 수준으로 설정됐다. 특히 15억원 이상 주택의 세부담은 당장 5년 내 크게 늘 것으로 보인다. 우병탁 신한은행 부동산투자자문센터 팀장의 분석 결과, 올해 공시가격 현실화율이 79.5%(시세 22억원, 공시가격 17억4800만원)인 잠실엘스 전용 84㎡는 재산세와 종합부동산세를 합한 보유세가 올해 818만원에서 현실화율이 90%가 되는 2025년 3438만원으로 4.2배 증가한다. 공시가격 현실화율 72.5% 수준인 반포아크로리버파크의 경우 3.0배 증가했다. 국토교통부가 2023년까지 세부담을 계산한 자료에서도 15억원 이상 공동주택의 세부담 증가가 가장 컸다. 2020년 현재 시세 2억원 공동주택은 '90% 방안'이나 '100% 방안' 모두 올해 보유세 19만원에서 2023년 22만원으로 3만원 느는 데 그쳤다. 8억원 주택도 두 방안 모두 132만원에서 186만원으로 54만원 늘어 증가율이 40%였다. 반면 시세 21억원 주택은 90% 방안의 경우 올해 737만원에서 1340만원으로 80%가량 증가했다. 정세은 참여연대 조세재정개혁센터 실행위원(충남대 경제학과 교수)은 "종부세율을 강화한 기존 정책과 이번 공시가격 현실화 로드맵이 함께 작동하면 부동산 투기를 근절하겠다는 뜻이 시장에 제대로 전달될 것으로 보인다"고 말했다. 9억원 미만 주택의 경우 목표치 도달 시점이 늦춰진 것과는 별개로, 개별 주택별로 연 1%포인트의 현실화 제고율이 적용되는 '균형 기간'에 세부담이 일정 부분 늘 것으로 보인다. 9억원 미만 주택 가운데 현실화율 평균과 오차 범위가 ±5%를 초과하는 주택이 279만호에 달해, 이들을 평균으로 끌어올리는 과정에서 세부담이 늘어날 여지가 있다는 것이다. 9억원 이상은 87만호로 상대적으로 적었다. 현재 가장 유력한 방안으로는 더불어민주당이 거론한 '90% 방안'이 꼽히는데, 연구진이 90% 방안에 대해 "현실화율이 낮은 일부 주택의 경우 (현실화율 제고 과정에서) 조세 부담 완화가 필요하다"고 밝힌 것도 이러한 이유 때문인 것으로 보인다. 김태년 더불어민주당 원내대표는 27일 원내대책회의에서 "정부와 협의해 중저가 1주택을 보유한 서민·중산층에 대해서는 재산세 부담이 증가하지 않는 방안을 마련하겠다"고 밝혔다. 진명선 기자 torani@hani.co.kr 관련기사 Let's block ads! Ant Group said yesterday it plans to raise US$34 billion (RM141.5 billion) in a listing shared between Hong Kong and Shanghai ― making it the biggest IPO in history. The e-payments behemoth, which runs China's dominant online payment system Alipay, plans to sell 1.67 billion shares at HK$80 each in Hong Kong from today. Ant Group's split float would exceed the US$29 billion chalked up by Saudi Aramco in December, a high-profile win for a Chinese company during a period of bad headlines for mainland tech firms as Beijing and Washington face off on a number of fronts. The charismatic Chinese businessman was a cash-strapped entrepreneur when someone showed him the internet on a 1990s trip to the United States. He launched various internet-related business projects in China that met with mixed success before convincing a group of friends to give him US$60,000 to start his Alibaba e-commerce venture in 1999. Bloomberg said at least 18 other people will become billionaires from the IPO, including director Lucy Peng, the biggest individual Ant owner after Ma, and chairman Eric Jing. Ant operations have expanded over the years from consumer e-payments to offering business credit and areas including cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Singapore's Straits Times Index (STI) headed down 0.4 per cent or 10.83 points to 2,502.04 as at 9.03am. Gainers outnumbered losers 65 to 60, after 68.3 million securities worth S$52.3 million changed hands. The most active counter by volume was Jiutian Chemical, which rose 2.4 per cent or 0.2 Singapore cent to 8.4 cents, with 11.4 million shares traded. Other heavily traded securities included Rex International, which was up 4.6 per cent or 0.6 Singapore cent to 13.7 cents, with 8.1 million shares traded, as well as Aspen (Group) Holdings, which gained 1.8 per cent or 0.5 Singapore cent to 28 cents, with 3.2 million shares changing hands. 공시가 시세 90%까지…9억 원 미만은 '천천히' - MBC뉴스 Posted: 27 Oct 2020 07:17 PM PDT tinggalaja.blogspot.com ◀ 앵커 ▶ 우리 재산세나 종합부동산세, 또 건강보험료가 부동산 공시가격을 기준으로 매겨지죠. 아파트 같은 경우 실제 집값, 즉 시세의 평균 6-70% 정도 선에서 공시가격이 정해지고 있습니다 이 공시가격을 시세의 90% 수준까지 끌어올리는 방안이 유력하게 추진되고 있습니다. 세금도 따라 오를 수밖에 없는데요, 다만 중저가 1주택자는 재산세율을 낮추는 방안도 함께 검토중입니다. 자세한 내용을 이준희 기자가 보도합니다. ◀ 리포트 ▶ 지난달 전용 115㎡, 45평형이 20억 5천만 원에 팔린 서울 아현동의 아파트. 공시가격은 12억 5천만 원으로 60%밖에 안 됩니다. 현재 공시가격은, 아파트의 경우 시세의 69%, 단독주택은 이보다 훨씬 낮은 53%대에 불과합니다. 이처럼 공시가격이, 시세와도 동떨어지고 주택 유형별로도 격차가 크다 보니, 현실을 반영 못 하고 조세 형평에도 어긋난다는 지적이 제기돼 왔습니다. 정부는 공시가격 현실화를 위해, 앞으로 모든 유형의 부동산 공시가를 최장 15년 안에 시세의 90% 수준으로 올리기로 했습니다. 이에 따라 세금도 오르게 돼, 앞서 본 아현동 아파트의 경우 재산세와 종부세를 합친 보유세가 447만 원에서 1천3백만 원으로 3배 가까이 늘어날 전망입니다. 정부는 시장의 충격을 고려하고 서민층의 세 부담을 덜어주기 위해, 집 유형과 가격별로 공시가격 올리는 속도를 조절하기로 했습니다. 아파트의 경우 15억 원 넘는 집은 2025년까지 공시가격을 90%로 올리지만, 9억 원 미만은 2030년까지 올리고, 단독주택 역시 15억 원 이상은 2027년까지, 9억 원 미만은 2035년까지 올리는 식입니다. 재산세율 인하도 검토 중입니다. 정부 여당은 올해 집값이 많이 올라 재산세 부담이 크게 는 만큼, 중저가 1주택자의 경우 재산세율을 낮춰주는 방안을 마련해 이르면 내일(29일) 발표합니다. 재산세 인하 기준은 공시가격 9억 원이 유력한데, 이 경우 대상은, 현 시세 13억 원 이하 아파트나 17억 원 이하 단독주택을 가진 1주택자가 될 전망입니다. Bring Singaporeans back home, grow local talent for Smart Nation efforts: Vivian Balakrishnan - CNA Posted: 27 Oct 2020 07:17 PM PDT SINGAPORE: Having people well versed in digital skills is key to Singapore's Smart Nation drive, and the country hopes to attract Singaporeans based overseas to return home to work on such projects, said Minister-in-charge of the Smart Nation Initiative Vivian Balakrishnan.  This is on top of continued efforts to grow the local talent pool, he added.  Advertisement Advertisement Dr Balakrishnan noted that with the global shortage of tech talent, there are "hundreds" of Singaporeans who are working abroad in places such as the Silicon Valley in the United States, China and Southeast Asia.  "So the first thing is wherever possible, bring our people back home … The second source is (to) grow our own people," he said during an interview conducted as part of the CNA Leadership Summit 2020.  Progress has been made in growing the local talent pool, Dr Balakrishnan added, with the intake for infocomm courses at Singapore's universities and polytechnics having trebled over the last five to six years for example. "So the third element has been (to) carefully and judiciously … complement our own local workforce by bringing in people from overseas who … truly have the skills that we need, who complement us, who have the networks, who have that extra ideas and verve to help us with the start-up scene in order to grow a bigger ecosystem," he said during the interview that was broadcast on Tuesday night (Oct 27).  Dr Balakrishnan was responding to a question from CNA Digital's Chief Editor Jaime Ho about the people needed for Singapore's Smart Nation vision, as well as how he would describe the "balance" for such talent required by the public and private sectors as COVID-19 accelerates the Government's push towards digitalisation. (Photo: Jeremy Long) Advertisement On whether the Government is "taking up too much of the local talent", he replied: "When I meet a Singaporean overseas, my first pitch to them is there are … lots of opportunities in Singapore for you to do meaningful work. "I hope you will consider the Government, you will consider the local companies and you will consider the multinational digital companies … All the tech giants are here and in fact, it's no secret (that) more and more of them are coming here." The Government needs to have "enough talent" as it envisions and creates the necessary digital infrastructure and software, but it plays a "complementary role", said Dr Balakrishnan. "We need to be able to generate some of our own apps, but not all. We need to be able to be familiar enough with the technology so that even when we outsource, we outsource in a smart way." Adding that many of the Government's initiatives are open-source, he added: "We in fact want the private sector to take the ideas and the services here, license it to them either for free or for very minimal rates and let them run with it." "We've made this platform technology available to the private sector so that they will develop the machines or the services which will ride on it," said Dr Balakrishnan who is also Minister for Foreign Affairs. "So I see very much a complementary role between what the government engineers are doing and the opportunities for the private sector. That is, I think, healthy and will put us in good stead for the future." "MORE PREPARED" FOR COVID-19 The ramping up of engineering talent, be it getting Singaporeans abroad to return home or recruitment within the civil service, is just one of the efforts under way since the country outlined its Smart Nation vision in 2014.  Much focus has also been put on laying out the infrastructure – for instance, having broadband network in every home and office – and ensuring digital inclusion. "So if you think about these three factors – the infrastructure, the talent and digital inclusion – fortunately (these were) already in place by the time COVID-19 broke out," said Dr Balakrishnan. He noted how the coronavirus pandemic has prompted a nationwide shift to home-based learning for students and working from home for adults. The distribution of face masks and provision of information would also not have been possible if Singapore did not have pervasive broadband and wireless connectivity, he said.  "We were in a sense much more prepared than many other places have been," said the minister, adding that the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak in 2003 was also a "preparatory event". But Dr Balakrishnan acknowledged that there were still "gaps exposed". For one, there was the challenge of disseminating credible information in an accurate and timely manner given the hyper-connected world. "In fact, the issue was not just publicising accurate information but also dealing with the fact that there are so many competing narratives," he told CNA. "Getting above that pebble noise was a challenge." (Photo: Jeremy Long) Another challenge was the use of digital tools in enhancing contact tracing efforts, which raised privacy concerns in the early stages.  "It illustrated that we need to explain, re-explain, reassure, and I think what was helpful in our case was that we were able to do so in an open and timely fashion," the minister said. The country's contact tracing tools, both software and hardware, were open-sourced and this allowed "people to come take a look … check that it was indeed what we said it was", he added.  READ: TraceTogether-only SafeEntry check-in to be used at popular venues as Singapore resumes larger-scale activities Noting how it has been about 10 months since the COVID-19 outbreak began, Dr Balakrishnan added: "So my overall take (is) number one, we were prepared. Number two, there were gaps that we were able to respond to. "Number three, now we have to start thinking (about) the new normal. What has changed permanently? What are the short-term changes and which parts of the old we've got to maintain and in fact, re-affirm?" ON CHANGE NEEDED AND TRUST These include how Singapore has to transition from being digital consumers into digital producers. "If you move forward to where the future is, it's not enough for us to just be consumers because ultimately our market is small," Dr Balakrishnan told CNA. "In order for Singapore to find that niche for the future, we do need to be able to make, to create, to innovate, to synthesise or in digital speak, they will say to mesh. "The individual components may be open-sourced, may be commoditised, but it's the way you mesh your services together therein lies the future." READ: More tech jobs to come as MCI steps up job creation for fresh graduates, mid-career professionals He pointed to the local jobs market which, despite rising unemployment, continues to see some sectors with labour shortages as the pandemic quickens digital transformation. "In order to get the restructuring done, we need people with skills," he added, likening it to how the Government began recruiting engineers "in a big way" six years ago. Without these engineers, apps such as SafeEntry and TraceTogether, or even having official government communication channels on Telegram and WhatsApp would not have been possible. "That requires people with the ability to create, to make, to fix, to find new insights and offer new services. This is, I believe, crucial for our future," said the minister. (Photo: Jeremy Long) Dr Balakrishnan raised another example of the gaming industry, which has grown to be bigger than the movie industry. "We want to be more than just gamers or distributing games. Although that's still a very big part of the overall game, we need to get people who can make those games, improve those games, repackage, resynthesise new value propositions." The minister was also asked about the importance of building trust and lessons learnt from the pandemic. "We've always known that trust is absolutely essential … and equally important in this crisis, you need public trust because without that trust, you're not going to get full compliance and without full compliance, many of the scientifically and correct things to do can't be executed," he said. Referring to past instances of data leaks, he added:"The fact that we dive deeply into the causes, we sorted out what we needed to do (and) in fact are still doing in order to strengthen our networks, and that we did so in an open way where we were at fault we just said 'Yes, this was a failing' – the fact that we did all that also put us in good stead." In 2018, Singapore saw its most serious breach of personal data when 1.5 million SingHealth patients' records were stolen. About 160,000 of them had their dispensed medicines' records taken.  A Committee of Inquiry set up to investigate the cyberattack later put out 16 recommendations as a "necessary and vital first step" to combat cybersecurity threats. "A DRESS REHEARSAL" Moving forward, Singapore will have to prepare for the likelihood of another outbreak that can be as contagious as COVID-19 but with a higher mortality rate like the 1918 flu pandemic, said the minister.  "With that in mind, what it means is that everything that we're facing now, the adjustments that we are making, the way that we are applying technology and the way we are restructuring even our workforce and our work habits, this is a dress rehearsal," he added. "This is not the National Day Parade, this is the preview parade." "So that makes it all the more vital that we learn the right lessons and we prepare ourselves for the future," he said, noting that Singapore has to "envisage a new normal". "A new normal where we're not paralysed by fear and confined at home, or unable to work. But a new normal where we can do all the things that we need to do. "And I don't mean just to survive, but to thrive and to grow and to expand our economy, our society and make it more vibrant, but do so with all these precautions," he added. Tak Terima Dinyatakan Positif Covid-19, Emak-emak Gugat Gugus Tugas dan RS ke Pengadilan Posted: 27 Oct 2020 06:43 PM PDT Beritaterheboh.com - Anipa, warga Kelurahan Tanganapada, Kecamatan Murhum, Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara, mengajukan gugatan terhadap Gugus Tugas Covid-19 dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Palagimata di Pengadilan Negeri Baubau.  Ia mengaku sangat dirugikan akibat dinyatakan Covid-19 saat hendak melahirkan di RSUD Palagimata pada bulan Juli 2020 lalu.  "Saya tidak terima saya disebut reaktif karena saya merasa sehat dan saya merasa dikucilkan sama tetangga, tidak enak sekali perasaan saya," kata Anipa saat ditemui di rumah orangtuanya, Selasa (27/10/2020).  Sebelumnya, ia menjalanirapid test di Puskesmas Wajo dan hasilnya non reaktif. Kemudian saat hendak melahirkan di RSUD, ia kembali menjalani rapid test.  "Di rumah sakit saya di-rapid lagi dan diberitahu saya reaktif, saya tanya hasil rapid test-nya mana? kata pegawai di rumah sakit bilang itu rahasia, tidak boleh dilihat Ibu," ujarnya.  Setelah itu, ia disodorkan untuk menandatangani berkas bila dirinya reaktif dan bila terjadi sesuatu akan dikuburkan secara Covid-19.  "Sebelum tanda tangan, saya baca surat itu,(tertulis)saya reaktif di situ dan apabila terjadi apa-apa akan dikuburkan secara protokol  kesehatan dan tidak lagi bertanggung jawab keluarga, pihak rumah sakit yang bertanggung jawab.  Saya tidak tanda tangani, masa saya tandatangani begitu?" ucap Anipa.  Usai melahirkan, wanita ini kemudian di-swab dan beberapa hari kemudian mendapat telepon dari Puskesmas Wajo, diberitahu kalau dirinya positif Covid-19 dan dibawa ke Rumah Sehat untuk menjalani karantina mandiri.  Secara terpisah, Lukman, Jubir Gugus Tugas Covid dan Direktur Rumah Sakit Palagimata mengatakan, pihaknya sangat menghargai warga yang mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan negeri. "Jadi lewat diskusi tugas gugus dan rumah sakit juga dengan badan hukum kita tetap menghadiri sidangnya dan selanjutnya meberikan jawaban sesuai apa yang dimaksud oleh penggugat," kata Lukman.  Ia menambahkan, semua petugas rumah sakit bekerja sesuai dengan mekanisme dan prosedur penanganan Covid-19.   "Semua sudah sesuai prosedur dan mekanisme. Semua yang dilakukan tugas gugus dan rumah sajit ada mekanismenya. Hanya saja semua berangkat dari informasi yang tidak jelas dari pasien dan keluarganya," tuturnya. 금융지주 3분기 실적 호조…KB‧신한 1조 진입‧비은행 성장 - 뉴데일리경제 Posted: 27 Oct 2020 06:34 PM PDT taritkar.blogspot.com 코로나19로 경제가 위축되면서 금융사들이 대규모 충당금을 쌓았지만 금융회사 실적은 3분기에도 고공 행진을 이어갔다. 대출 수요가 여전히 많은데다 국내외 금융사 인수·합병(M&A)에 따른 수익 증가, 주식투자 열풍 등으로 비은행 계열사의 약진이 두드러졌다.  다만 우리금융은 코로나19 여파에 따른 충당금 적립으로 실적하락을 면치 못했다. 28일 금융권에 따르면 4대(KB·신한·하나·우리금융) 금융지주의 누적 당기순이익은 9조741억원을 기록했다. 전년동기(9조3801억원) 대비 3.3%(3060억원) 감소했다. 4대 금융의 올해 3분기 순익만 놓고 보면 3조5512억원으로 전년동기(3조2446억원) 대비 9.4% 증가했다. 같은 기간 대손충당금(상환불이행 대비 쌓아놓는 적립금)은 6754억원에서 11.7% 늘어 7542억원을 기록했다. 코로나19로 인한 부실을 감안해도 실적이 개선된 것이다. KB와 신한금융은 분기 순익 1조원 시대를 열었다.  금융지주 관계자는 "KB금융은 대출증가에 기반한 순이자이익 증가와 수수료수익의 견조한 성장, 푸르덴셜생명 염가매수차익 인식으로 이익체력을 높였다"며 "신한금융은 각종 악재 속 실적감소 우려에도 불구하고, 자본시장 영역확대와 비은행을 기반으로 위기를 새로운 기회로 전환하기 위한 노력들이 재무성과로 이어졌다"고 설명했다. 금융지주사별로는 신한금융이 가장 많은 이익을 냈으며 KB, 하나, 우리금융이 뒤를 이었다. 신한금융은 3분기 누적 순익 2조9502억원을 거두며 역전을 노린 KB금융(2조8779억원)을 따돌렸다. 우리금융만 사모펀드 사태로 인한 충당금 이슈로 전년 대비 실적 낙폭이 컸다. 금융지주 실적이 증가한데는 비은행 계열사 역할이 컸다. 신한금융의 비은행 부문의 손익 기여도는 지난해 3분기 33.6%에서 올해 3분기 41.3%로 뛰었다. KB금융도 올해 3분기 34.6%의 기여도를 보였고, 하나금융도 올해 3분기 21.4%로 지난해 같은 기간보다 두 배 가량 뛰었다.  카드와 캐피탈사는 순이익 성장률이 두 자릿 수를 기록했다. 하나카드는 신용카드 수수료 증대에 따라 전년동기 대비 129.6%(646억원) 증가한 1144억원의 3분기 누적 순익을 기록했다. 신한카드 역시 지난해 3분기 누적 실적 대비 14.4% 성장했다. 같은 기간 KB국민카드와 우리카드 3분기 누적 순익도 각각 11.9%, 12.6% 증가했다. 카드사의 실적 개선은 비대면 소비 증가로 인한 간편결제 시장 활성화 덕분이다. 카드사들은 국내 간편결제 시장의 80%를 차지하고 있다. 정부가 상반기 쏟아부은 재난지원금 12조원도 카드사들에게 약 2000억원에 가까운 수수료 수익을 안겨줬다. 하나캐피탈은 이자이익 성장에 힘입어 1271억원의 3분기 누적순익을 기록하며 전년동기 대비 65.2%(501억원) 증가했다.  증권도 큰 폭 성장을 거뒀다.  KB증권은 브로커리지(위탁매매) 수수료 확대와 IB(기업금융) 부문 실적 개선으로 그룹의 효자 역할을 톡톡히 했다. 3분기 누적 당기순익은 3385억원으로 전년동기 대비 50.6%(1138억원)이 증가했다.  하나금융투자는 수수료이익 증가로 3분기 누적 순익을 2880억원을 거두며 전년동기 대비 36.2%(766억원) 늘었다. 보험업은 생명보험사는 약진한 반면 손해보험사는 부진을 겪었다. 신한생명의 3분기 당기순익은 전년동기 대비 56% 늘었다. 영업 성과로 핵심 수익성 지표인 연납화보험료(APE)가 6.1% 성장했다. 손해율은 92.4%로 1.08%포인트 줄며 수익성이 개선됐다.
